In addition, interactive content will be shared more often on social networking sites,” said Sarah Mitchell from the Content Marketing Institute. “Interactive content will mean marketers have no choice but to include design into the budget, planning and development of branded content.”
While the hardware on which to display this content should be determined based on audience and location, tablets, Smartphones and touch-screen appliances are literally putting your customers in the driver’s seat allowing them to intimately interact with and customize the experience based on their own interests.
